Garlic grater dish is wonderful for grating garlic then dipping oils, sauces and dressings. To rub a pealed garlic clove on the dish then add olive oil, basil, oregano, and dip your favorite crusty bread. The dish can also be used to zest lemons, limes, ginger. Paired with a nice olive oil, it’s my favorite housewarming or hostess gift.
