Return policy

I want you to love your purchase!

If you would like to make a return, I have a 7-day return policy.  Full price items in original and unused condition are eligible for a full refund within 7 days from purchase date with a physical receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Items may be returned to my studio at: 

104  Rocky Cove Court, Folsom, CA 95630

I recommend shipping your item via a traceable shipping method to ensure that it safely makes its way back to the studio. 

Please note, all shipping charges are non-refundable on returns.

Refunds

I will notify you once I’ve received your return and a refund will be posted to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged or broken

I take great care in packaging your pottery; however, accidents can still happen. Please inspect your order upon delivery, and contact me immediately if your item arrived damaged or broken in anyway so that I can make it right.  If your pottery arrives damaged, please email me a picture within 7 days of receiving your item, and I will issue you a full refund.

Non-returnable

No returns on custom orders.  All "sale" items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned
